1 General Terms & Acceptance

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at kbk333 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, consistent with our anti-money laundering policy. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.

kbk333 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. In some cases, kbk333 may require additional verification before releasing funds, which may extend processing times. 4.3 Currency

• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.3 Changes to Promotions

kbk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in will be notified and any bonus funds already credited will remain valid subject to the original terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering a kbk333 account, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not cause harm to kbk333, its systems, or other players. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at all times, including promptly updating your account if any registered details change.

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share access to your account with any third party under any circumstances.

• Report any errors, bugs, or system malfunctions to kbk333 support immediately rather than exploiting them. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are subject to voiding.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbk333 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any third-party tools that interact with kbk333 on your behalf without explicit written authorisation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

kbk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the player has violated any provision of these Terms or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their kbk333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kbk333 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method within 3 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their kbk333 account or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods available are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kbk333 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or telecommunications failures
• Errors in odds, game results, or prize calculations caused by data feed failures from third-party providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or local banks
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications outages beyond kbk333's reasonable control

8.1 Platform Availability

kbk333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. kbk333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible. No compensation is payable for periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the kbk333 platform — including but not limited to graphics, game interfaces, logos, text, software, and data — is the property of kbk333 or its licensed game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kbk333 content without prior written permission.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the kbk333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kbk333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, and representations.
